Some really exotic and beautiful flowers are used to make these balls which are not just beautiful looking but also healthy at the same time. Flowers like lavender, chamomile, earl grey are mostly used. But you can also make these balls with green tea, lemongrass, etc. Apart from flowers, healthy ingredients like herbal seeds like carom, fennel are also used to add a healthy twist to the tea bomb. Some food enthusiasts have also gone to the extent of having it like a health drink, adding the necessary ingredients, for instance, for vitamin B intake and antioxidants.
