Eat Just opened a vegan innovation hub in Shanghai

Eat Just is a Californian food tech company that introduced its start-up in Shanghai, China. It aimed at replacing eggs with an alternative which is mung bean-based, which is going to be cooked and it looks plus tastes just like a conventional egg. It is just Ideal to replace dishes that use an egg mixture. In China, the sale of vegan eggs is reported to be soaring high since the advent of the pandemic. Eat Just had taken the opportunity to create a large consumer base in China and is looking forward to it.

People’s interest levels in plant-based vegan proteins went hand in hand with the benefits of it which have also been the contribution of the food insecurity phase and health concerns brought out by the COVID period. Therefore this kind of plant-based innovation is here to stay. The increased demand is henceforth not surprising.

This culinary food studio was led by the most influential chefs of Shanghai who taught the students, how to cook flavorsome, high-quality, nutritious, and eco-friendly plant-based food. They were offering classes anyone was able to apply for the specific program where the classes were held through a WeChat program via the Future Food Studio.
