Barbeque grills have been the most desired food in recent years. Everyone, despite their preferences in food, would enjoy a bit of the luscious smoked perfection. Obviously getting a grill that will have a size appropriate for the outdoor setting is necessary. Here are the different types of grills to amplify your outdoor cooking:
- Charcoal Grills– If you want to taste the raw essence of charcoal in your barbeques then this is going to be your best buy! One of the cheapest outdoor grills. Usage of coal briquettes for heat production. No control knobs, usually make the area messier because of charcoal ash. Slower than gas or electric grills.
- Gas Grills– Most convenient as well as a popular type of grill. Getting this you won’t have to worry about running out of fuel during the session. Temperature ranges between 400° and 600° Fahrenheit. Heat can be regulated with the help of knobs. Heats up quickly and is less messy.
- Electric Grills– Heats up quickly. Is very convenient for the ones who live in apartments. You just need an electric outlet nearby. Very little cleanup needed.
- Pellet Grills– Best of both worlds! They provide the best of both charcoal grills as well as gas grills, electrically powered but burn hardwood pellets for heat and smoke. Can be used for other purposes. For example, Roasting, braising, and smoking.
- Smokers– These are the type of grills that cook food for a very long time, the procedure is very slow. Smokers are specifically the ones who prioritize the smoked flavor. Charcoal smokers are more traditional. Electric and propane smokers require less monitoring whereas charcoal smokers have more of a traditional approach.
- Portable Grills– The grills are perfect if you want to grill barbeques in a different place such as for camping or picnic purposes. The biggest advantage is they’re mobile. They come in smaller versions.
