Dikshamanjari celebrates Basanta Utsav

Dikshamanjari celebrated Basanta Utsav 2019 a grand celebration of colours which took place at Biren Roy Road’s Dikshamanjari premises recently.

Students of Dikshamanjari performed in songs related to the festival of colours covering a high range of variety like Tagore songs Orey Grihobasi, Rangiye Diye Jao,Orey Bhai Phagun Legechhe Bone Bone, and other popular songs like Holi  Aire  piya Ji ke Desh, Albela Sajan Ayori, Mohe Rang Do Laal, Desh Rangeela and so on.

Dona Ganguly stated ” It’s a festival of colours, has a positive impact on our life. Language can be different but the basic essence of the festival is the same throughout the nation. it unites us.” Dona Ganguly and her daughter Sana Ganguly found  playing holi after the performance. After the performance there was arrangement for good food too. As a whole it was a fun filled colorful musical evening.
