Two Air France flights travelling from United States to Paris were diverted on Tuesday November 17, 2015 following anonymous bomb threats. All passengers and cabin crew were safely moved out of the airline for ensuring security.

Flight 55, Boeing 777 which took off from Dulles International Airport was later diverted to Halifax International Airport in Nova Scotia. 262 passengers were aboard.

Flight 65, an Airbus-380, left Los Angeles for Paris but was diverted and landed safely in Salt Lake City with 497 passengers and crew.

The passengers of both the flights were taken into the terminal safely and security checks were conducted to determine the nature of the threats that caused the aircrafts to divert and land.
