Aloe Vera, also known as Aloe barbadensis, is a plant with a short stem and leaves that store water. In Hindi, it is also referred to as ‘Ghritkumari.’ The serrated margins of the leaves are greenish in color. The health benefits of aloe vera are numerous. Making juice from the leaves allows you to consume the gel present in them. Vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B9, and vitamin B12 are all found in aloe vera. Minerals such as calcium, copper, sodium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, manganese, and zinc are also present.
