This year’s Big Boss 14 Winner Rubina Dilaik voiced in respect of what she had to confront, how she was able to survive, and how it is a common disgrace in Indian common parlance to discuss mental health and consulting a mental doctor.
Rubina Dilaik current year’s Big Boss 14 winner spoke about mental trauma and how she was able to deal with her thoughts of suicidal attempts.
In an exclusive interview which was taken by Bollywood Bubble Rubina portioned her tale of how she was able to cope up with her mental health. According to Rubina, this event popped up nine years ago when her relationship was at its lowest level. Rubina voiced her comments quite vehemently about what exactly she had to confront, how she tried to go about to come out of the situation. She says “One just cannot make out what exactly is the problem and how to cope with it “.
One thinks about why one is getting frustrated, why one has to confront this kind of situation, why there is no one to help, and so on and so forth. There is a bundle of questions hovering but no proper solutions found. Then she perceived that the problem is not outside but it is lying well within oneself.
In a chance to win over this trauma she even consulted a mental doctor online lest a physical visit may seem to be disgraceful. Then she found that yoga and meditation is the best solution for all these mental distortions.
