They say it right when they say a dog is a man’s best friend. Dog movies are a treat to watch because they are never quite one-dimensional. Some make you laugh while others make us sit with a box of tissues nearby, just like you need a dog as your best friend, a dog can also give you a good cry. Here are 5 movies you should watch if you are a dog lover:
- Marley and Me: A married couple decides to adopt a dog instead of having babies. The dog turns out to be a disobedient and notorious one, eventually being called, ‘world’s worst dog’ who ends up teaching the family lessons about love and life. If you have a white furry ball waiting for you back at home this will be one hell of a teary-eyed ride for you.
- 101 Dalmatians: This film is a live-action adaption of Walt Disney’s animated 1961 film of the same name. An evil fashion designer abducts the 101 Dalmatians in order to make an extravagant coat of fur which ends up in total chaos. The film is a fresh and funny adaption of the 1961 animation.
