During the short talk we had with her, she said, “Actually this all started about twenty years back when I used to cater home delivery to a lot of people. It became so elaborate that it was beyond my capabilities and I had to come out of all that and had to literally stop this food business to my utter dislike. Now that my son, who used to work in the USA had come down to Kolkata due to this pandemic I had conveyed my wishes for the revival of the foodservice business to him. He encouraged me and said that he would give me all kinds of support that are required.”
“I once again restarted my home delivery business just a few months back and I’m simply overwhelmed by the response. I look after the cooking and the menu, my son from the USA manages the finance and marketing and my distant cousin ‘Konika’, manages the order and packaging. It is a total family driven business and we take orders from all the college students, pg students then working couples, all types of families including hospitals and office. Now we are getting an order for the patients of the hospitals as per the dietician’s prescribed food”. said Mrs. Anindita.
