Consultant Psychologist Sanchari Nag suggested , “as the winters are going on, everyone should expose themselves to the sunlight for at least 30 minutes because this is the time we have seen an upsurge in depression due to the lack of the dopamine secretion and Vitamin D that we receive from the sunlight.”
