18th September 2018, Kolkata: From the day Sly Fox Gastro Club introduced itself to the city, with its baroque style décor, subdued lighting, music and the aroma of culinary delights, it set the mood right. Sly Fox Gastro Club has always been unique whenever it comes to amaze its patrons, be it with food or the ambience. With the onset of the festive season, Sly Fox Gastro Club has come up with an array of decadent dishes with their Pujo special menu. The menu was introduced in the backdrop of a specially curated afternoon, “Agomonir Adda”, in the presence of acclaimed actor and elocutionist Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee, renowned singer Jayati Chakraborty and Managing Directors, Mr. Karan Chhawchharia and Mr. Rahul Dalmiya.
Beside their classic signature dishes and wide range of unique mocktails, this Pujo, they are going to open doors to more variety for the people of this city. The newly incorporated items will have a special Bengali touch to fit the pujo mood but with a sly twist. Dishes such as Eggs Nest, Crumb Fried Begun Bhaja Salsa, Aloo Moshai, Gondhoraj Fish Tikka, Tandoori Pomfret, Luchi aar Kosha Mangsho, Kakrar Tagine, Prawn Malai Curry, Sorse Bhetki, Sly Kheer, Gulab Jamun Cheesecake are sure to tantalize the taste buds. Beverages will include Victoria Shake, Toto, Bela Sorbet and Black Tango.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Karan Chhawchharia, Managing Director, LXRY Restaurants LLP said, “We have received a lot of love from the people of the city since we started our journey a few months back. We wanted to do something special for Durga Pujo and hence we are introducing some new dishes and beverages. The menu has been specifically assembled including items that are new to the menu.”
Singer Jayati Chakraborty and elocutionist Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee set the mood with ‘Agomonir Adda’, where they delivered mesmerizing performances which enthralled the guests. With dhaak, dhunuchi, delicious food and gripping performances, “Agomonir Adda” presented by Sly Fox Gastro Club set the tone for sharodiya for the city.
The new dishes will be available from Mahalaya, 8th of October 2018, and the cost for two people would be Rs 1200 plus GST.
