Kristi Creation celebrated a musical evening to welcome Bengali New Year in advance at Sisir Mancha on 31 March, 2018. It witnessed the music album release of ‘Rabir Gaan O Nibedita’ by noted artiste Jayati Chakraborty in presence of ace Bengali film maker Raja Sen, musician Kalyan Sen Barat, veteran musician Pratap Roy, Sweta Gupta, owner of Kristi Creation and others.
It was followed by a musical evening by Jayati Chakraborty, Nandini Sengupta, Monika Thakur, Ronita Goswami, Bhaswar Mukherjee, Mitali Joardar, Nandini Sengupta, Eeo.Poetry by- Sinchita Biswas, Sonali ,Sanchita Kabiraj.
Jayati Chakraborty said, “I was bit nervous while I heard that I have to play Nibedita in this project. Debesh Thakur did the whole research work for the musical. I even tried narration besides a few songs like Bose Achhi Hey, Tahare Arati Kore, Je Keho More Diyechho shukh and so on. It comprises of one song Nahi Surya Nahi Jyoti composed by Swami Vivekananda.“
