Dum Dum Municipal Corporation is all set to celebrate the first Dum Dum Utsav between 2nd & 9th January, 2018 at Dum Dum Lichu Bagan ground.
Dum Dum Utsav a cultural festival to add more colors, happiness to the festivities. Minister Bratya Basu said, “It is a new venture by the Dumdum Municipal corporation which features more of cultural extravaganzas like musical concerts by noted artistes from Bengal and Mumbai.”
The mega celebration was inaugurated by Bratya Basu (IT Minister, West Bengal), Harendra Singh (Chairman, Dumdum Municipal Corporation), Barun Natta (Vice-chairman, Dumdum Municipal Corporation) on January 2, 2018.
The celebration will feature musical concerts by Kahinoor Sen Barat, Alka Yagnik, Kunal Ganjawala, Javed Ali, Rupankar, Raghab Chatterjee, Lopamudra Mitra. Veteran folk singer Swapna Chakraborty shall also be felicitated, followed by seat and draw competition.
