CREDAI Bengal showcases Visionary Bengal with ‘Accelerating Growth’

Kolkata, October 26, 2017: Credai Bengal, the state chapter of the ‘Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India and the apex body for private real estate developers in India presented the ‘Bengal- Accelerating Growth’ Conclave in association with five other Chambers of Commerce recently in the presence of Chief Guest Dr Amit Mitra, Hon’ble Minister in Charge, Department of Finance and Industry, Commerce & Enterprises, Government of West Bengal, Guest of Honour Shri Gautam Deb, Hon’ble Minister in Charge, Department of Tourism, Government of West Bengal.  The first of its kind forum by the six chambers highlighted the illustrious journey of West Bengali in terms of growth and development.

The Conclave focused on the recent numbers and the phenomenal growth in West Bengal pertaining to economical, business and infrastructural development.

This unique forum, organized as a curtain raiser to the Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS) 2017, was structured to bring together and showcase the sectoral achievements of builders all around the state and emphasize the success stories which enable such a positive development business environment, a major reason which has put West Bengal in such atriumphant position on the country map.

Mr. Nandu Belani, President of Credai Bengal said, “Every year our Chief Minister hosts the annual investment Summit” Bengal Global Business Summit to shift focus to investment opportunities in West Bengal and to showcase availability of abundant resources that our state has to offer. Before BGBS, it was envisaged that we should organize a curtain-raiser of sorts to understand the pulse of industry and in a show of great cooperation by leading Chambers of Commerce, with a common goal to bring investment in leading sectors; we jointly hosted the Conclave “Accelerating Growth”.
