Kolkata, 9th October 2017: Fface one of the prominent talent management brands of eastern India which churns out fresh talents every year through their signature event, Fface Calendar kicked off its audition today at The Park Hotel Kolkata. Tollywood actors Parambrata Chatterjee, Payel Sarkar, filmmaker Sudeshna Roy, producer Shyam Sunder Dey, fashion designer Indroneel Mukherjee and Neil Roy, Founder -Director Fface graced the entire audition session as eminent judges.
Out of 6300 registrations and two rounds of trials the top 100 participants appeared before the celebrity judges to be selected as the ‘Kanchana Next Top 30’, at the final auditions. This set of finalists would enter the rigorous workshop and grooming phase with FFACE team and industry experts starting post Diwali. Over the course of next 30 days with various activities and competitions, the top 12 Calendar Models would be selected for the Fface Calendar 2018, Edition 5.
Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Neil Roy, Founder & Director of Fface said, “Every year we try to bring more value addition to this format to ensure the budding talents have more exposure from this platform. We have already tied up with the Miss India Organisation as official talent partner and successfully scouted talents for Miss India and Miss Diva 2017. Fface 2017 model Jessica Aaron was judged as a Miss Diva Kolkata and appeared for the national finale in Mumbai early this year. We are also commencing auditions for Mr India 2017 as an exclusive talent partner, West Bengal, during mid of October 2017. Our further tie up with Max emerging star where one chosen candidate from Fface Calendar 2018 will appear in the east zone final in Bhubaneshwar and stand a chance to do workshops with Anupam Kher and Terence Lewis. One of the chosen candidate this year will also bag a role in Greentouch Entertainment’s forthcoming production apart from all the regular casting work we usually do for leading television and production houses in Kolkata. We as a team over the last few years have ensured that Fface is recognized as the only structured talent hub in the city along with the love and support we continuously receive from the industry, friends, sponsors, stakeholders and well-wishers.”
