The Work singer hasn’t released an album since 2016’s Anti, and it looks like fans will have to wait much longer for new music. Umbrella, Diamonds, Rude Boy, and We Found Love are some of the singer’s long-running hits.
The 32-year-old star has just trademarked the name Buff Ryder for a skincare brand that will complement her Fenty Beauty cosmetics line, and she intends to focus her efforts there. Fenty didn’t just establish Rihanna as a beauty tycoon; it also established her as a business tycoon who could sell anything with her name on it. She is the wealthiest female artist in the country.
She hopes to make a fortune in the beauty industry and is working on a new skincare line to complement her Fenty Cosmetics line. The singer, it seems, does not want to disappoint her fans, as she is currently uninspired to write and record a new album.
Rihanna had shared a video of herself in the garden twirling a pair of her new sunglasses from her brand Fenty’s Off Record eyewear collection to promote the new line, and her fans quickly demanded that she drop the record in the comments section to which she replied that she “lost it”.Rihanna never really stopped making music, but after a decade in the spotlight and eight studio albums, she decided to take a break to pursue another passion and live life on her own terms.
