A group of city musicians have come together with their experimental ideas and to compile various genre of music in order to give a new perspective to the widely accepted Bangla Pop Music.
Debanjali Lily, Buti and Abhirup have collaborated to create “Phire Aaye” which is “a completely a new genre in Bangla Music, not only in its sound but also visually, that will leave you play it on loop when you party” said one of the creators of this music video.
Debanjali Lily, was already getting noticed as the next singing diva through her presence in a very popular reality show. Her playback singing in projects of Tollywood and various OTT platforms, alongside her cover song episodes called “Sunday Jam with Debanjali Lily” are escalating new heights.
Buti, famously known as the keyboard wizard from the legendary Bangla band Cactus, has been silently experimenting with his Bangla-pop. Abhirup, also from Cactus, mostly known as a guitarist inclined towards heavy genre of music, always wanted to pen down stories to foot tapping music that is simple and easy to understand.
The lockdown has created an opportunity for the three musician friends to experiment and contribute towards this deep musical passion that they possess; which people would appreciate.
