Media stocks got their bases stronger on Wednesday closure after major fall in stock indexes over the past 3 days. With Netflix as an exception, staying flat with a 0.33% fall to 105.44 USD, all major entertainment industry stocks closed after taking hits Monday and Tuesday.
Apple gained 4.2% amounting to 112.34USD, Disney closed at 101.89 USD gaining 2.39%. Other companies were up by a maximum of 1% to 2% – Comcast 55.68 USD, 21st Century Fox 27.17 USD, Discovery Communications 26.75 USD, CBS Corp. 44.29 USD.
