The office will primarily focus on the immediate expansion of its software development team with Pune acting as a development hub for Selling Simplified. The focus of the Pune team will be towards the newly launched software platform, in particular the LeadCARE and LeadMATCH solutions that are experiencing growing global demand. The platform uniquely addresses the fundamental problem faced by sales and marketing teams the world over of maintaining accurate contact and lead information to maximize growth opportunities.

“Pune is unique in that it offers a very large pool of experienced software engineers ensuring that future iterations of our platform are built to the highest standards and allowing us to remain firmly ahead of any competing products”, commented Mark Elder, Chief Technology Officer, Selling Simplified.

In the next 12 months, the company plans to hire 25 to 30 software engineers for its Pune office, adding to its existing global service center operation based in Delhi, India, currently employing over 150 people. The Delhi operation will maintain over 300 staff by the end of 2016.
