Chef Dash will be demonstrating around 30 dishes out of which 10 will be prepared by the participants. Two classes will be scheduled every week on Tuesday and Thursday in which the participants will be divided into teams, each comprising of 2 kids per team. The second edition of Kids Master Class has been conceptualised with an addition of various cuisines such as Indian, Mexican, Asian, Italian and special sessions dedicated to chocolate making and bakeries. With a total of 10 classes, each class will be priced at INR 800 all-inclusive and will be followed by an extravagant lunch. The grand finale will be a “Chefs cook off” where the creations by the Junior Chefs will be judged by the Executive Chef himself and the winner will be awarded a weekend stay at the hotel.
